We are looking for a HR Manager to deliver people management plans and support SoloProtect’s business goals. This role reports to the Finance Director and leads on all HR matters.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Identify learning needs across all levels of the organisation and implement training initiatives to address skills gaps.
• Experience working with EU employment law.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Professional HR certification, such as CIPD.
• Demonstrable experience in compliance and employment law.
• Experience in developing and supporting line managers.
• Experience in HR planning and delivering people initiatives.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
