Description JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Manager serves as the lead HR professional for Southern Foodservice Management’s Fort Lee location, operating as both a strategic business partner and a hands-on HR leader. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions at Southern Foodservice Management’s Fort Lee location and leading a multi-member HR department. Serving as a key resource for employee relations, compliance, and workforce matters, the Human Resources Manager will act as the primary point of contact for complex employee issues, policy interpretation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include the overall management and execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, payroll oversight, policy implementation, and HR compliance initiatives. This role requires a strong background in Human Resources leadership, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment, and a collaborative approach to partnering with local leadership, the Project Manager, and corporate Human Resources subject matter experts to support organizational objectives and ensure consistency in HR practices.
