POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager will play a key strategic role in leading the HR function at Southview Design located in St. Paul, MN. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws and fostering a culture of excellence. The HR Manager will drive initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and development, contributing to the company’s overall success. The candidate will be a leader within a family of companies, partnering closely with the business and HR corporate team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Proven experience driving HR initiatives, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Experience working with compensation plans and putting together company incentive plan recommendations.
  • Experience working within a corporate structure where the HR Manager supports a multi-site company that operates as part of a larger umbrella organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with Workday experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail, time management, and multitasking.

Position Range:
$90,000 - $113,200
