You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing home's orientation for new employees. You will foster positive and open communication with your team members. Requirements Human Resource Manager Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing. Proficiency with or the ability to learn our company's HRIS. Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
