Description
  • The RolePartner closely with senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, retention, and people development initiatives across the organization.
  • Oversee HR operations, employee relations, policies, recruitment, administration, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law.


  • The RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of HR experience, including solid experience in an HR management or leadership capacity.
  • Strong HR generalist and strategic HR background, with excellent knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and the ability to operate effectively within a matrix structure and international, multicultural environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English required; experience within an industrial environment is highly preferred, together with a demonstrated ability to recruit and manage high-volume staffing requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Operations & Screening:
  • Oversee job postings on relevant job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, national employment portals like "TAQAT," and the company career page).
  • Supervise resume screening, initial interviews, and technical assessments in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and consolidate panel recommendations.
  • Job Offers & Contracting:
  • Draft and review employment offers and contracts in compliance with salary scales, grade structures, and internal policies.
  • Negotiate job offers and start dates with final candidates.
  • External Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and international staffing vendors when required.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions, and participate in career fairs.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Ministry of Human Resources guidelines, nationalization mandates (Nitaqat), and contract authentication on the Qiwa platform.
  • Oversee medical screenings, background checks, and hiring document submission for new hires in coordination with the HR team.
  • Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Certifications: Professional HR certifications are preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi).
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Skills:
  • Native fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law, executive regulations, and government portals (Qiwa, TAQAT, Muqeem).
  • Advanced interview skills, offer negotiation, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
