HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – TEMPORARY

Our client needs a skilled professional to serve as their Human Resources Manager on a temporary basis. You’ll help the organization’s HR department run smoothly for approximately 3-4 months.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager – Temporary

• Recruit and interview candidates
• Manage new employee onboarding process
• Assist employees with HR-related inquiries
• Administer benefits programs
• Conduct exit interviews
• Maintain HRIS
• Work with third party vendors
• Perform additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager – Temporary

• High school diploma and certificate or 5 years of related experience
• Well-rounded HR experience including onboarding, recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS systems
• Non-profit experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills; Bamboo HR and Microsoft SharePoint preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
