This is a standalone HR role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves improving what’s already in motion. Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the executive team, you’ll refine and evolve our HR practices to meet the needs of a growing business.
From onboarding and culture to capability building and employee experience, there’s real opportunity to make your mark while being fully embedded in the day-to-day running of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the leadership team to evolve our HR strategy to support business growth
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment processes to attract and retain great people
  • Improve and scale our onboarding experience to set people up for long-term success
  • Shape and embed culture initiatives that foster engagement, connection, and accountability
  • Design and roll out targeted training and development programs
  • Implement and refine performance frameworks including KPIs, career pathways, and review cycles
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits stay competitive
  • Maintain and improve HR operations and compliance as we scale

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a true HR Business Partner role
  • Experience in a high-growth, evolving organisation—ideally in healthcare, tech, or services
  • Strong foundations in employment law, performance management, and employee relations
  • A track record of improving processes and driving people initiatives with real business impact
  • Strategic mindset with a willingness to get into the details and make things happen
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills—at every level of the business
