A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The River Lee, as our People & Culture (Human Resources) Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional that is looking to grow and develop their career.
As the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function within the hotel, playing an instrumental role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee wellbeing, and driving engagement across the team.
We are looking for a person with solid HR experience in a similar environment, who is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellence across all aspects of People & Culture.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong level of effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills, along with a strategic mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for people development.
