Transdev Manitoba, is hiring a Human Resources Manager, to be based in our Winnipeg, Manitoba office, overseeing all divisions including Patient Transfer Services and Para Transit Services in that province.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE:

• Foster and build relationships with key operational leaders by implementing a clear understanding of employee experience programs and initiatives.
• Support Employee experience initiatives under the direction of the VP Human Resource along with other projects and day to day support.
• Proactively identify and address labour issues to maintain a productive and respectful workplace culture.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the Vice President Operations - Manitoba, with support and direction from Vice President Human Resources Ontario & Manitoba, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager or Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employee and management needs through close working relationships with management and all employee groups. This position will require occasional travel within Manitoba, with possible travel to Ontario if required.
