Role Description: The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for establishing a culture that embodies our vision. Core Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and healthcare regulations. Creating job descriptions that align with the values, tasks, and expectations. Recruitment by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening, and interviewing. Onboarding new hires. Manage training schedule for new hires and develop on-going professional development. Establish employee retention, engagement and recognition programs Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution Track time in ADP and manage the PTO policies and schedule. Oversee performance review processes and provide coaching support to managers Partner with leadership to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field 4+years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, small- to mid-size organizations Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, time tracking systems. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. HR certification (SPHR or SHRM-CP) preferred Excellent communication, problem- solving and people skills.
