Description

True Hands Aged Care and Disability services is seeking to employ a bright, bubbly, competent and organized Human Resource Manager for our Caroline Springs Office.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure True Hands is a MyAgedCare provider of choice with a secure future through growth and sustainability of services
  2. Ensure True Hands is a employer of choice
  3. Ensure True Hands maintains MyAgedCareprovider registration
  4. Ensure Worker Compliance with MyAgedCare Practice Standards
  5. Ensure all Workers are qualified and properly trained to provide services to MyAgedCare Participants
  6. Ensure Clients are satisfied with the services provided by True Hands.
  7. Provide leadership to the team of staff.
  8. Management of end to end service delivery.
  9. Identify training opportunities for Support Workers and to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality to support Clients and their families.
  10. Work closely with the key management personnel to develop opportunities for Support Workers to work effectively.
  11. Provide operational team leadership to enable efficient operation and ensure compliance with standards, policies and procedures

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  1. Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with staff, local communities, stakeholders and at all levels of government
  2. Demonstrated ability to work proactively and in partnership with Board Directors in achieving the vision of True Hands
  3. An understanding of, and commitment to the principles of community health service provision
  4. Knowledge, understanding and commitment to MyAgedCare Practice Standards and continuous quality and improvement
  5. Proven ability to provide leadership and direction within a complex and changing environment

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR management roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Leadership and team building skills
  • Police check national
  • 100 points of ID
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
