True Hands Aged Care and Disability services is seeking to employ a bright, bubbly, competent and organized Human Resource Manager for our Caroline Springs Office.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure True Hands is a MyAgedCare provider of choice with a secure future through growth and sustainability of services
- Ensure True Hands is a employer of choice
- Ensure True Hands maintains MyAgedCareprovider registration
- Ensure Worker Compliance with MyAgedCare Practice Standards
- Ensure all Workers are qualified and properly trained to provide services to MyAgedCare Participants
- Ensure Clients are satisfied with the services provided by True Hands.
- Provide leadership to the team of staff.
- Management of end to end service delivery.
- Identify training opportunities for Support Workers and to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality to support Clients and their families.
- Work closely with the key management personnel to develop opportunities for Support Workers to work effectively.
- Provide operational team leadership to enable efficient operation and ensure compliance with standards, policies and procedures
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with staff, local communities, stakeholders and at all levels of government
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and in partnership with Board Directors in achieving the vision of True Hands
- An understanding of, and commitment to the principles of community health service provision
- Knowledge, understanding and commitment to MyAgedCare Practice Standards and continuous quality and improvement
- Proven ability to provide leadership and direction within a complex and changing environment
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Leadership and team building skills
- Police check national
- 100 points of ID
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
