Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

In this self-directed position, you’ll draw on your HR, talent management, or people operations background to ensure the smooth delivery of Limitless Horizons’ award-winning personal growth and leadership programs. Some days you’ll be supporting participants on their professional development journeys; other days you’ll answer questions and guide them through next steps — combining professional insight with a people-first approach.
You’ll work from a portable office, manage your own schedule, and receive comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentorship to ensure your best chance of success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively grow your skills through self-paced professional and personal development programs.
  • Speak with inbound inquiries, qualify genuine interest, and guide participants through their next steps.
  • Learn and use simple online tools to connect and build relationships. Facilitate access to inspiring live and online leadership programs and events.
  • Manage your own time, set your schedule, and decide your goals and outcomes.
  • Follow a clear, proven approach with full training, support, and resources.
