JOB SUMMARY

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
  • Oversee Accounting, Payroll, and benefits for employees for accuracy.
  • Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures.
  • Work with Legal for H1 sponsorship
  • Work on tasks provided by leadership
  • Assess reports provided by the team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs.
  • Audit and Create processes for Employee Credit Card Spending, company owned vehicles and assets.
  • Suggest changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
  • Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
  • Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
  • Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
  • Attend meetings as needed.
  • Oversee exit interviews and procedures

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have a proven track record in human resources management with experience in:

  • Supervising teams and managing employee relations effectively.
  • Implementing change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrating strong negotiation skills in contract discussions and conflict resolution scenarios.
  • Applying data analysis skills for informed decision-making in talent management and organizational design. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for data collection and analysis to improve HR processes.
  • Design and implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to budgeting constraints.
  • Facilitate succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Conduct presentations on HR initiatives and changes to ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency.
