WCFP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and champion people strategy across our business. This is a pivotal role for a senior HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment and enjoys combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• 8+ years in senior HR roles with broad functional exposure
• Deep knowledge of South African Labour Law (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, COIDA, OHSA)
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution skills
• HRIS proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Paterson grading and unionised or multi-site environments is advantageous
• SABPP registration and Labour Relations/CCMA certification would be advantageous

• Lead and evolve end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent mobility
• Drive employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary support aligned with South African labour laws
• Shape and implement performance and development frameworks
• Champion wellness and engagement initiatives, creating a psychologically safe workplace
• Collaborate on compensation strategies and participate in the remuneration committee
• Ensure compliance across HR policy, employment equity, BBBEE, COIDA, and other audits
• Contribute to the ongoing creation of a strong food safety culture, aligned with companywide objectives
