ROLE OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and managing HR guidelines and processes, communicating expectations around professional development and decorum, managing interpersonal workplace conflict, and being a catalyst in the WBL workplace culture. Key responsibilities include recruitment and hiring, onboarding and offboarding, facilitation of the coaching and review process, management of employee benefits, and addressing questions and conflict regarding policy, training and development, and workplace culture.
The office for this position will be in Austin.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the leadership team to address difficult staffing situations, including dealing with understaffing, policies and procedures, and assisting in the discipline or termination of employees.
