QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Local Labor Laws and HR Policies
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Develop and Implement HR Strategies
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the Middle East region is beneficial
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
