Position Summary: Zolman's Best One Tire is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across our 14 locations, supporting a workforce of 200 employees. This pivotal role ensures alignment with our business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will supervise key HR functions, working closely with team members and supporting the company's operational success. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees. Administer employee benefits programs and manage unemployment-related matters. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and champion workplace safety initiatives. Manage employee uniforms and oversee inventory across all locations. Supervise payroll changes in collaboration with the office employee responsible for payroll processing. Manage and monitor fuel card distribution and usage. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters. Assist with organizing and managing company events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 5-10 of HR management experience, with a proven track record of overseeing multi-location operations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and locations. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Why Join Us?
