Job Description Job Summary The Human Resources Officer supports the organization by managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Conduct employee orientation and induction programs. Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries. Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Promote a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation. Manage leave records, attendance, and employee files. Support performance appraisal processes. Assist managers with goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles. Track performance outcomes and development plans. Identify training needs in collaboration with managers. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Monitor training effectiveness and participation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies.
