HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER:

Auto Ingress automatic doors is widely accepted as a leading brand in the Australian Market. Our Slacks Creek based head office and factory manufactures and supplies to the Australian market through its sales offices in four major states plus a network of service agents and distributors.
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer for our organisation. The successful applicants will report to the director of finance.
The successful applicant will be reliable, have a high degree of initiative and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate job vacancy advertising, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process for new staff members.
  • Manage and update personnel records using HRIS to ensure accurate employee information.
  • Provide guidance to management on workplace relations, staff evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation, offering information on employment terms, compensation, and career opportunities at Auto Ingress.
  • Receive and document job vacancy details, including descriptions, salaries, and conditions.
  • Share information on job openings with prospective employees and employers to streamline recruitment.
  • Negotiate employment terms, resolve disputes, and address grievances for a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Research and interpret relevant legislation, industry awards, and employment contracts for compliance.
  • Develop enterprise agreements, wage structures, workplace policies, and initiatives to enhance operations.
  • Supervise consultative committees and employee engagement programs to promote communication and participation at Auto Ingress.
