THE POSITION:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer wanting to join our fantastic People, Culture and Diversity team at the Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from Melbourne CBD.
As a Human Resources Officer, you will bring your passion for customer service to deliver amazing first impressions to potential Benetas employees. Using your bubbly personality and ambition, you will support Managers through the recruitment process and drive to search for the best candidates to fill our roles.
Working closely with our HR Business Partners, you will also contribute to providing a high level of HR support to our stakeholders across a variety of generalist aspects. This role is a great stepping stone for an early career HR professional or recruitment specialist to develop into a true HR generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting recruitment activities across your dedicated portfolio and Benetas recruitment initiatives
- Providing advice and support on generalist HR enquiries, via phone and through the HR Helpdesk
- HR administration including contract generation, on boarding, variations and off boarding
- Identifying process improvements and involvement in HR projects such as workforce planning, employee engagement and attraction and retention
