• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and HR software.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience in the automotive sector, a strong understanding of HR policies and UAE labor law, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
• Support payroll preparation and leave management.
