We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Human Resources Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Assisting in providing support in specialised HR functional areas such as systems, C&B, performance management, talent cultivation, engagement & development, appointment, staff regulations, strategic initiatives and manpower planning; Assisting in providing support in delivery of one-stop HR service to Schools/Offices; Maintaining HR systems, data, workflows and processes; Compiling HR-related management statistics and reports; Providing support to meetings and committee work; and Supervising and coaching staff. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognised degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline, preferably with some HR experience; Customer focused and service mindset; and Good computer, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua). Applicants with less relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Human Resources Officer. Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
