Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of HR plans and initiatives that sustain a creative, high-performance culture
• Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews across creative, tech, and strategy teams
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth experience for every employee
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data
• Assist in running performance review cycles and tracking development plans
• Help organize employee engagement, wellness, and internal communication activities
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal documentation standards
• Prepare HR reports and basic analytics to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant HR role
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations, ideally within creative, media, or tech-driven environments
• Good understanding of agency dynamics, project-based staffing, and freelance coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Working knowledge of HRIS tools and comfort with data and reporting
• Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail
