EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMPLIANCE

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Address workplace issues and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Assist with engagement efforts including surveys, data analysis, and action planning.
  • Use insights to support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments to create and maintain accurate job descriptions.
  • Assist with HR policy development, compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and reports within HCM system.
  • Serve as backup for payroll processing and participant in key HR projects.
  • Stay current on HR laws, technologies, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and HR best practices
  • Situation adaptability: successfully shift gears as new developments and competing priorities arise - balancing routine tasks, urgent action items, and long-term projects
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+years of experience in a human resources role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired
