Key Purpose of Role:
The Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the human resources department. They are responsible for various HR administrative tasks including supporting recruitment activities, onboarding, induction, employee changes, job reviews, and compliance-related activities. The HR Officer works closely with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to uphold HR processes and policies while facilitating a positive employee experience.

CANDIDATE’S PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a Human Resources generalist role
  • Understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to multinational corporate environments desirable.

CANDIDATE’S QUALIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees into their roles.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR records including personal details, contracts, and training documentation.
  • Ensure HR documents reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee development.
  • Assist in implementing global or regional HR initiatives tailored to the needs of the ANZ & SEA region.
