Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic foundation.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) demonstrating commitment to the field and knowledge of best practices.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition with a track record of filling positions efficiently and effectively.
