ReWorks Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Assist in the performance management process by coordinating evaluations and facilitating feedback sessions. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Organize employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Maintain employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in an HR role or similar position. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR information systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
