Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Executive in Dubai, you’ll be the linchpin of HR operations—driving recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, engagement, and compliance under the UAE’s employment regulations. Your work ensures a smooth, legally compliant, and people-focused HR environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment & On boarding
  • Draft and post job ads; screen resumes; coordinate interviews.
  • Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and on boarding processes
  • HR Policy & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with business strategy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations (e.g., MoHRE guidelines).
  • Employee Relations
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and confidential issues with fairness..
  • Performance & Development
  • Coordinate performance reviews (e.g., annual, 360°); guide managers on performance evaluation and development planning.
  • Assess training needs and organize learning program.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer payroll support, employee benefits, leave tracking, and retention initiatives.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement); generate insights for management decision-making
