Context Under the overall supervision of the Sub-Regional Director (S-RD) for Europe and Eastern Europe Region, direct supervision of the Senior Sub-Regional Resources Management Officer (SSRRMO) in Sub Regional Office Brussels and technical guidance from the Regional Human Resources Business Partner based in Vienna with the technical oversight of the Department of Human Resources (HRM) at Headquarters (HQ) and the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC), the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the human resources functions of the Country Offices (COs) within the Sub-Region and the Sub-Regional Office in Brussels.
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Officer will monitor and support the human resources functions for the Country Offices within the Sub-Region and the Sub-Regional Office in Brussels. This role operates under the overall supervision of the Sub-Regional Director for Europe and Eastern Europe Region.
