About the Role

We are looking for a strong HR Officer to support our HR Manager with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Works under close supervision from the HR Manager assisting her in all duties and responsibilities.
  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure the proper offboarding process is followed for departing employees, including exit interviews and final settlements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HRIS data
  • Assist in the investigation of any incident by saving supporting evidence.
  • Attends to employee general requests and inquiries about their employment issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support recognition programs and activities to foster a motivated and committed workforce.
  • Assist in scheduling staff for approved development training courses in house or externally and assist in scheduling new hires for orientation sessions.
  • Support training, engagement, and HR-related initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Provide operational HR support to the venue team
  • Coordinate with the Government relations department, and forward all related documents for
  • visa application, follow up that all foreign personnel have valid work and residency permits, etc.
  • Contributes to overall positive employee engagement across the company, including but not
  • limited to employee recognitions, social activities, exceptional achievement etc.


Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality/F&B
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can thrive in a highly fast paced operation and must have good stakeholder-management skill
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be familiar with UAE Labor Law
