Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief, Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) Human Resources Hub (HR Hub) and the direct supervision of the HEAD, Human Resources Administration Unit (Local) (HRAUL), and in close collaboration with Regional Offices (Ros), Country Offices (COs), and Headquarters (HQ) Divisions, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the delivery of standardized, efficient, and client-oriented HR services under IOM’s global shared services model. The incumbent will support multiple Cos and organizational units by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of HR processes in line with IOM policies, delegated authorities, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal control frameworks, while actively contributing to process harmonization, continuous improvement, and systems-enabled service delivery. 
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Officer delivers standardized and client-oriented HR services under a global shared services model. They ensure compliant execution of HR processes and contribute to process harmonization and continuous improvement.
