Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance.
  • Streamline HR operational processes through analysis and automation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, optimize functionality, and support reporting needs.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, process improvement, or HRIS management.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI PHR/SPHR is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with HRIS implementation, administration, and data analytics.
