Description Overview Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) & Operations Assistant. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of both HR and administrative functions, directly supporting the company’s people and mission readiness. The position is primarily on-site to enable effective coordination and collaboration with our team and partners, with occasional remote flexibility. Position Summary The Human Resources & Operations Assistant supports daily administrative functions across HR and Operations, providing essential support to maintain a professional, organized, and mission-driven workplace. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient processes, seamless onboarding, and exceptional employee support across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment where service to others drives success. Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate documentation Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in HRIS systems Provide administrative and logistical support to both HR and Operations teams Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and mailings Participate in maintaining company website and social media content Manage access badge records and submit maintenance or facilities requests as needed Coordinate office supply orders, vendor communications, and general office up-keep Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives assigned by HR or Operations leadership Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the broader team Requirements Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HR, office administration, and/or operations support Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Service-minded and proactive problem-solver Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms Experience with Paylocity highly desired Education Associate degree preferred 3+ years of experience in HR, business administration, or a related field may be an acceptable substitute Join Us If you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today and help advance Prevailance’s mission to support those who serve.
