About Verisure

We are Verisure – the No.1 professionally monitored security company in the world, protecting around 6.2 million families and small businesses globally.

As we continue to grow, our people teams play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring our HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and compliantly.

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of our day-to-day HR operations.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR administration or HR operations who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.

You will support a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, helping to manage employee queries, maintain accurate records, support compliance processes and ensure our HR services are delivered to a high standard.

Alongside managing day-to-day administration, you will also have the opportunity to identify improvements, support better ways of working and take ownership of key processes.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage and respond to employee and manager queries through the HR ticketing system.
  • Process HR administration including absence updates, job changes, payroll queries and general employee requests.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within Workday.
  • Process HR documentation through systems such as Adobe Sign.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support Right to Work and DBS audit activity.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records including visa tracking.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data preparation.
  • Support internal audits and ensure HR records remain accurate and compliant.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Complete regular data checks to ensure information within Workday remains accurate.
  • Support HR system updates, testing and improvements.
  • Help review and improve HR processes, documentation and ways of working.
  • Identify recurring queries or issues and support solutions.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy and delivering a great service.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience within HR administration, HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Confidence handling confidential employee information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A process-driven approach with a willingness to improve how things are done.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
