For more information, please visit https://univers.com/ HR Operations Intern Responsibilities: Involve in periodic review of HR contracts, policies and SOPs against internal processes and external regulatory requirements, while ensuring proper documentations are in place Involve in HRIS review and discussion with relevant stakeholders on system process enhancement, UAT, and supports data maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity In charge of maintaining latest HR resources and information in Company Intranet and coordinate with internal HR stakeholders to build HR FAQs for Chatbot Support on data consolidation and preparation for monthly and ad hoc reporting of HR statistics to HR stakeholders and management Assist in planning and organising HR activities and programmes, which includes vendor sourcing, collateral preparation, and logistic arrangement Raise non-Purchase Order or Purchase Orders for invoices to ensure timely payment to vendors Any other projects and HR Operational tasks as assigned Qualifications & Experience: Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent Comfortable with ambiguity or in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can do’ attitude Detail-oriented and good communication skills Effective in managing multiple tasks at the same time Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
The intern will be involved in reviewing HR contracts, policies, and SOPs against regulations, and enhancing the HRIS system through process review and data maintenance. Responsibilities also include maintaining company intranet resources, building HR FAQs for a Chatbot, and assisting with HR reporting and activity planning.
