Description:

Our client, a global leader in its field, Retail Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to join their team and be a pivotal team member of the Human Resources Team providing exceptional analytical and administrative support to the business .
This role is critical in providing high quality leadership and management of the HR Operations function. As an experienced HR Generalist you will develop and drive initiatives that elevate the HR Operational function from a transactional service through to a trusted advisory to the business and a true coach to the People Leaders.
The role requires the HR Operations Manager to have a passion for data integrity through reporting, analysing and providing feedback on improvements, company gains and deliverables. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Analysis and reporting is by

Duties to the role include but not limited too:

  • Develop HR Operations Plan linked to Global/National Strategic Roadmap
  • Manage the operational procedures and provide specialist advice across the Employee Life Cycle
  • Continuous monitoring, reviewing, improving and developing HR policies
  • Budget management related to areas of accountability
  • Project management - implement and train business on global HRIS projects
  • Manage HR systems data integrity
  • Responsible for HR reporting cycle and dashboard reporting ie: workforce budget, forecast, labour cost reporting)
  • Monitor data integrity through analysis and audits
  • Workplace Safety management through framework, investigations,
  • Lead, develop and implement new initiatives around Workplace safety and cultural behaviours
  • Provide ongoing leadership to the HR Operations team
  • Provide ongoing HR administrative and advisory support to the business as required
  • Maintenance of ongoing compliance to legislative standards
  • IR workplace relations

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Degree qualification in HR, Commerce, Business or equivalent
  • Strong reporting, analytical and Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven experience in a report and analysis role
  • Strong leadership skills to lead, drive and develop a team
  • Project management experience of implementation of HRIS system (Oracle advantageous)
  • Exposure across both generalist and specialist HR positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IR experience including EBA negotiations (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong proficiency in transactional and administrative skills
  • A passion to be a leader in cultural change and transformation
  • Experience managing or overseeing payroll functions (advantageous not essential)
