We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist in Newington, NH. You will be responsible for running reports and systems. Paycom experience is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

  • BA in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent discipline.
  • Paycom administration is required.
  • Proven experience in project management within an HR context.
  • Ability to work onsite supporting a global operation
  • Strong understanding of change management processes.
  • Experience in employee evaluation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of organization design concepts is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage workforce operations through data collection and analysis.

    Pay: $88,000.00 per year
