People Operations PartnerLondon | Hybrid | International professional services business | private-equity-backed £60,0000- £70,0000
What if your next People role gave you the chance to shape how a business uses AI, data and better systems to support its people?
We’re working with a private-equity-backed professional services business of around 100 people across the UK, US and Australia.
Its three-person People team is looking for someone who enjoys making processes work better and can turn ideas into practical tools for employees and managers.
This is a varied role spanning People operations, systems and projects. One of your first priorities will be helping to develop and test a self-service AI HR assistant: organising the information behind it, working with colleagues to check that it is useful, and helping the team improve it over time.
You’ll also help connect People systems and performance data, develop clear frameworks, and support onboarding and learning initiatives. Alongside the project work, you’ll provide practical People advice when needed. You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions and time zones, initially reporting to the People lead.
Experience in professional services, or with tools such as Bob, Monday.com, HubSpot or Salesforce, would be useful. You don’t need to have used every system on the list.
The team usually spends two days a week in its London office, with flexibility for people based further away.
If you’re a People professional who likes building what comes next, get in touch for a confidential conversation.
