Description

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably within the manpower outsourcing/staffing industry.
Client Experience: Proven experience handling Government clients in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee onboarding, deployment and offboarding.
Employee relations and grievance handling.
Client coordination and relationship management.
HR documentation and employee records.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Requirements: Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Added Advantage: Chinese language proficiency.
Joining: Immediate preferred; maximum 30 days’ notice.
