We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR/Paralegal Assistant to join our team. This unique hybrid role will support both our Human Resources and legal functions, helping ensure that our operations stay compliant, efficient, and employee-focused..

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or legal administrative role
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or document management systems

  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR operations
  • Draft and manage employment agreements, policy updates, and internal communications
  • Help coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
  • Support the administration of benefits and respond to employee inquiries
