We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator who can confidently handle both HR functions and payroll processing in a fast-paced, small-business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and HR functions (small business experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of payroll software (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Responsibilities
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Administer benefits and respond to employee benefit questions
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Support compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Provide HR-related guidance to employees and management
  • Manage time-off requests, attendance, and other HR-related tracking
