A well-established skilled nursing facility in Florida is seeking a Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This is a confidential search for a dedicated professional with a strong background in HR and payroll, specifically within the long-term care or skilled nursing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll within a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting is required
*
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, including FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA
*
Experience with payroll and HR software (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Kronos, or similar)
*
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
*
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
