Comprehensive Energy Services Inc. (CES) is looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources Team. At CES you will be a key contributor to attracting, leading, supporting, and rewarding our most important asset: our people.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. Having the motivation and urgency to fill in the gaps supporting the HR daily operations. Willingness to learn new things and having the curiosity to acquire more HR best practices and knowledge. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you. Other responsibilities are listed below:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements to ensure postings and job descriptions are on target to attract candidates
  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers
  • Review resumes and phone-screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements
  • Manage onboarding for all new hires, including processing new hire paperwork, running background checks, and leading day one orientation meetings
  • Develop an effective pipeline of talent potentially available for immediate hire in key positions
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Serves as an employee subject matter expert for assigned departments by providing regular communication and technical advice on all matters pertaining to recruitment needs
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events throughout Florida
  • Continuously partner with Managers and the Human Resources team to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
