WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Recruiter to manage the full hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including partnering with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Post job openings across appropriate platforms and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Facilitate job offers and onboarding, including collecting new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring timely system setup.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires and their managers during the first 90 days to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure a successful transition.
  • Collaborate with managers to create and support structured onboarding and training plans.
  • Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience and promote long-term engagement.
  • Support the offboarding process, including scheduling exit interviews, collecting company property, and updating relevant records.
  • Travel to other company locations as needed to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Personnel and Records Management
  • Maintain personnel files by updating employee information and filing correspondence and related documents promptly.
  • Enter employee data into payroll, benefits, and other relevant systems.
  • Maintain bulletin boards with legal notices, employee announcements, and company memos.
  • Payroll Management
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of timecards and correct entry of bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.
  • Calculate and track the technician bonus program, ensuring timely and accurate payments to eligible employees.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly bonus reports to employees participating in the program to provide visibility and transparency.
  • Employee Benefits Administration
  • Schedule and administer employee benefits meetings, assisting new hires and current employees with enrollment and questions.
  • Work collaboratively within the HR department to ensure benefits support is provided consistently, with responsibilities shared based on availability.
  • Compliance and Collaboration
  • Ensure company compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local HR laws.
  • Travel as necessary to all Company locations to support HR functions.
