HR & Recruitment Specialist

📍 Location: JLT, Dubai🏢 Company: Golden Value Real Estate⏰ Full-Time

Golden Value Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and results-driven HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience who can also manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Source, screen, and interview candidates.* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified real estate brokers and support staff.* Coordinate interviews with management.* Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.* Monitor employee probation periods.

HR Operations

* Manage attendance and leave records.* Prepare monthly payroll data.* Calculate commissions, deductions, and salary adjustments.* Maintain employee files and HR documentation.* Handle employee relations and HR inquiries.* Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the UAE.* Previous experience in Real Estate is highly preferred.* Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.* Experience with payroll and attendance systems.* Excellent communication skills in English.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
