Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answers calls from employees on HR related issues while documenting case notes and providing first touch resolution or escalates if needed. Provides day-to day support via phone calls to employees on HR policies, HR system, and provides general navigation support for system tasks. Provides tier 1 support for any new HR initiatives or enhancements. Responsible for providing basic problem-solving support to resolve or escalate as appropriate. Meets expectations in all SLAs, KPIs, and quality reviews. Possesses ability to multitask (typing, talking, researching, etc.) in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors. Clearly articulates processes, answers to questions, etc., through strong oral and written communication skills. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience EXPERIENCE Education: High School diploma or GED (or 10 years of work experience Experience: No prior experience required – we’ll train you! Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to learn quickly and work independently PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
