JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Risk Manager will drive the design and execution of HR risk management strategies, ensuring compliance, mitigating potential risks, and enhancing overall HR operations. You will work with the HR Team and other departmental leaders to proactively address HR challenges, foster a culture of accountability, and create a workplace that supports employee growth, engagement, and well-being. This role combines risk oversight with strategic influence to ensure HR processes are both efficient and aligned with organizational goals.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification is required; SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
  • First-hand safety and risk management practices.

SKILLS:

  • Extensive professional written communication skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to function as part of a collaborative team.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and motivated to manage own work.
  • Proficient in managing various HR functions and collaborating with multiple teams.
