  • Position: Human Resources Sales Advisor
  • Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Location: On-site x5 days a week near Union Station
  • Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission (YTD $80,000+)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an advisory HR role.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (considered an asset).
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of all provincial and federal legislations regarding employment standards, human rights codes, and other relevant matters.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients via phone and video advising on provincial and federal legislations regarding employment standards, human rights codes, and other relevant matters.
  • Ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law and best practices is continually updated.
  • Achieve the standards set within the performance framework to support all BDM deals by answering incoming questions and showcasing the service with a commercial advantage.
  • Proactively review BDM logs, complete assessments, and provide guidance and support in a concise and commercially driven manner.
  • Build relationships with BDMs to increase trust and use.
  • Critique prospective clients’ documents to provide a report for BDMs to use as a sales tool.
  • Log all advice accurately onto the internal systems, taking ownership and responsibility for transition and handover to the HR advisor service team.
  • Refer to Company internal training and legal updates to ensure that the advice provided complies with our services.
  • Aid in reporting around BDM conversions and level of engagement to Management.
  • Ensuring the necessary updates on the Salesforce system are added for Client accounts.
  • Attend the company sales and advice conference and any training when required.
  • Present internal training/buzz sessions and external webinars.
  • To carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Management Team
