JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our organization’s human capital management strategies and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, change management, and talent management principles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with payroll systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
