The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Senior Manager to join our Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) Human Resources team in either Seattle, WA, Berkeley, MO or St. Louis City, MO.
Boeing IDT&S leads the technology conversation across the enterprise, providing inspiring, industry-leading global technology solutions. Leveraging the strength of our people and our deep understanding of the business, IDT&S harnesses the power of innovation and technology to help improve Boeing processes and products, as well as strengthen individual performance.
This position will have responsibility for leading a high performing HR team responsible for driving exceptional business results. The HR leader will partner with IDT&S Leadership members to create and drive business strategies. IDT&S touches the entire Boeing Enterprise and as a result this manager will get the opportunity to gain insight to all three Boeing Business Units, key functions and gain exposure and insight to the tech market.
